No. 2 Albert View is an enchanting 2-floor apartment is in the perfect location for enjoying Tenby Harbour, the walled town, and the vast array of stunning beaches. The apartment is set across the first and second floor of Albert View, an old townhouse, and is a welcoming haven styled with cool and comfy furniture, contemporary decor, local art and fantastic views of the historic Harbour town.

Ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a seaside staycation, in the prettiest of towns, with so much to do on your doorstep. The apartment has everything you need for a long or a short stay – with a dedicated courtyard to the rear for barbecues and sundowners.

No. 2 Albert View has a large lounge and kitchen-dining area, and the best spot in the house is the bay window with seating, where you can sit and watch the world go by. The light-filled comfy lounge has a pair of leather sofas and a blue enamel log-burner which can be lit on chillier summer evenings or when cosying up on dark winter evenings (Tenby is equally perfect in high and low season).  There are two delightful double bedrooms on the top floor, with original art adorning the walls. The ‘designer’ bathroom with a separate shower, free-standing bath and feature-lighting, is also on this floor. The 3rd bedroom is a single room with a bunk bed on the same floor as the kitchen/lounge.

Really the apartment covers two and a half floors, as on the first half-landing is the cloakroom and storage area for coats etc.

The first double bedroom is at the front of the property on the top floor and has glimpses of Castle Hill. The second double bedroom is at the rear and has rarely-seen views of Tenby’s quaint lanes and back streets. The third bedroom is on the first floor and sleeps two comfortably in a bunk bed. It has a modern and bright kitchen and dining area, well equipped with everything you will need whether dining in or eating out.

This apartment has its own dedicated courtyard/barbecue area, accessed from the communal hallway. This courtyard and BBQ is in the elevated section to the rear and is for the sole use of guests at No. 2 Albert View. There is an adjacent fenced patio area and BBQ, on the lower split level, dedicated to the guests of No. 1 Albert View.

A huge benefit to this apartment which sleeps 6 (plus cot) is that it can be let together with our gorgeous ground-floor apartment, No. 1 Albert View, which sleeps 4+, providing large group accommodation for 10+ guests in total. Subject to both being available of course.

This property is so central that family members will be able to just come and go as they please – pop to the shops, or nip back up from the beach for a nap or for those forgotten items.

Being so near the Harbour there is no parking with this apartment. However the nearest parking is only a 5-10 minute walk away, and there is so much to do within Tenby and its extensive beaches, many people park up their car in the nearby reasonably-priced multi-storey and forget about it until it is time to depart.

The proximity of our little pub next door is a clear benefit, as you can chill in the beer garden and enjoy the café-culture, or pick up a seafood-combo to take back to the apartment to enjoy in front of the TV.
