I’m Michelle, I’m a confidence and wellbeing coach, and a career mentor.

I can support you to achieve your career goals and optimise your wellbeing by building your confidence and resilience.
So why the Curious Coach? It’s simply that I have a deep interest in the art of the possible: what exists now, and what can be in the future.

How can coaching or mentoring help you?

As your coach, I can help you to take a step back and look at the big picture of your life, your relationships and your career. Taking the time to really understand who you are and what you want means you can make a plan and take positive steps towards achieving your goals.

As your mentor, I can offer practical advice, encouragement and support as you navigate your career path. By leaning into my 30 years of experience in corporate business I can support you to harness and leverage your potential to its best effect.

My practice is person-centred and rooted in positive psychology, with a particular focus on being intentionally curious about amplifying strengths and building resilience.

My coaching approach is one of support and challenge and is influenced by my professional training, evidence-based research, and my commitment to my own professional development.

My coaching toolkit consists of a range of creative options that I will curate to suit the needs of each individual client: we’ll always begin with understanding your personal values and go from there to build your confidence and optimise your wellbeing.

I'm a fully qualified coach and a member of the Association for Coaching. I'm based at my home office in Saundersfoot. I offer in-person coaching here, online via Zoom or outdoors at Wiseman's Bridge, Tenby North Beach or Whitesands Bay.
