This walk from Sundersfoot to Amroth and back, follows the coast taking in plenty of interesting sites. Just over 5 miles in length you follow a disused railway track through tunnels that open out into new views and scenery each time.

Starting your walk from the beautiful little town of Saundersfoot built around its harbour, this walk takes you through the town following the route of the old railway line, through several tunnels and alongside lava flows frozen in time for millions of years.  This walk has so many nice distractions you could make a day of it sitting and staring at the scenery. One such place is Coppet Hall beach, with The Kiosk for snacks and lite bites and Coast restaurant you could treat yourself to an incredible culinary delight. You also pass by the front door of The Wisemans Bridge Inn, both on your way to Amroth and on the way back, so take a break and enjoy the views back along the coast to Saundersfoot and around the bay to Monkstone Point.

Continuing on from Wisemans Bridge walking quiet lanes and the costal path and you drop into the little village of Amroth. Beautiful beach, again, and refreshments available, go in search of the petrified forest which reveals itself at low tide.

Take the same route back to Saundersfoot, and if the tide times are in your favour, walk back along the beach taking in the stunning views.
