The space:

Creek Cottage is an off grid eco friendly cottage in a truly magical woodland setting with up to date modern facilities. Constant hot water and electricity are supplied by the sun via PV cells and solar panels. (Occasionally topped up by a generator if necessary so you never go without power.) Complemented by the modern wood fired Rayburn which already provides you with central heating. An ample stock of free wood for the Rayburn and wood burning stove are supplied.

Cooking can be done either on the Rayburn or the gas cooker. Kettles can be boiled and toast made on these too. There is no microwave or iron to reduce electricity consumption and environmental impact. Both freezer and washing machine at the castle are available on request and free of charge.

Outside there is plenty of space for eating, playing or just relaxing in the half acre private garden with views over the creek where it is possible to launch kayaks depending on the state of the tide. Guests have access to the Castle's 35 acres of woodland and gardens at all times. Please note that the private garden is not fenced for children or dogs. Wifi is limited due to its secluded location. Unsuitable for digital nomads.
