Tŷ Hapus is situated on the outskirts of the gorgeous walled town of Tenby, a 3 bed detached house, we sleep up to 7 people comfortably with driveway parking. Only 10 mins walk to the town centre and 5 mins from penally and Kiln Park holiday resort. Tenby's leisure centre is opposite the house so a swim or gym session is super easy. We have smart TV with Netflix and fast WiFi available for guests. No pets or smoking sorry.

We fully refurbished the house in 2021 with a new kitchen, utility room, bathroom, downstairs WC. The house was also fully decorated throughout with a strong focus on interior design that will make you smile. Follow us on Insta (@tenby_holiday_home) for last min availability.

Downstairs is a well newly fitted WC leading to well-equipped kitchen diner with hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave. The dining area has a table to seat guests which leads through to the living room with brand new sofas. Patio doors open to the rear courtyard garden. Off the living room is a sunroom with a sofa bed (extra to the beds which sleep 7). This leads to a newly installed utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Leading off this is the lockable garage which guests can use for storage of bikes, water-sports gear etc.

Upstairs is a new bathroom with bath and shower overhead and 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have brand new beds with high-quality mattresses to ensure a good nights sleep!

The house is well located for areas surrounding Tenby such a Saundersfoot, Manorbier, Penally, Pembroke etc. You can walk easily to the Tenby beaches, or drive in just a few minutes. To walk to the centre of town takes around 15 minutes from the house.

The house has an ironing board, iron, high chair, hose pipe for hosing wet suits, hoover, off-road parking on a shared driveway, Netflix, fast WiFi.
