All abilities paddle board lessons
Explore Pembrokeshire’s unspoiled national park coastline and paddle board into hidden caves, play alongside magnificent cliffs, and jump into crystal clear water. Their friendly experienced team will give you an unforgettable experience. All equipment is provided and photos of your day can be arranged. You’ll make unforgettable memories.
Tenby Coasteering has been invented by mountaineers to train for the big peaks but now Coasteering is now available to anyone with a love for thrill and adventure! They are based in the heart of Tenby, down on the harbour and their nearest coasteer is just a two-minute walk away from their base. Swimming, jumping, climbing, exploring are all things you’ll do on a coasteer but coasteering is so much more. You’ll see parts of the coastline that very few people visit and get up close with sea life in a unique and exciting way.
Who can take part?
All adventures are tailored to suit your abilities and expectations. You don’t need to be amazingly fit and sporty to enjoy coasteering, if you can swim and are reasonably happy in the water you can coasteer. They make an effort to ensure that the groups are of similar abilities and whilst they love a more strenuous, adventurous jump-fest as much anyone, they also love a mellow cruise around the rocks and caves, checking out the wildlife and drifting on the tide. There’s no doubt they can challenge the bravest of thrill-seekers but nothing is compulsory and if you’d rather take it easy and enjoy the spectacular sights of the Pembrokeshire coast – that’s just fine too!
Their minimum age is 8 and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
